1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting of the Culture, Communications, Welsh Language, Sport, and International Relations Committee.

2 President of National Library of Wales pre-appointment hearing
2.1 The Committee scrutinised the Welsh Government’s preferred candidate for the position of President of National Library of Wales.
3 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from items 4, 5, 6, and 9 of today's meeting
3.1 The Motion was agreed.
4 Private debrief
4.1 The Committee considered the evidence received.
4.2 Due to reporting timescales, the Committee agreed to consider and agree the Report on the pre-appointment hearing outside of this meeting.
5 Consideration of draft Terms of Reference for future inquiry into Welsh in Education Strategic Plans (WESPS) and approach to joint working
5.1 The Committee considered a draft scoping paper on a future inquiry into Welsh in Education Strategic Plans (WESPS), along with options for joint working with the Children, Young People and Education Committee.
5.2 The Committee agreed to return to this matter outside of this meeting.
6 Recent reports on internal disputes at National Museum for Wales
6.1 Apologies were received from Heledd Fychan MS for this item.
6.2 The Committee discussed the draft correspondence to the Deputy Minister for Arts and Sport, and Chief Whip, and agreed to consider amendments outside of this meeting.
7 Inquiry into participation in sport in disadvantaged areas: Evidence session with Sport Wales
7.1 The Committee heard evidence from representatives of Sport Wales.
7.2 Representatives of Sport Wales agreed to write to the Committee with further information relevant to the session.
8 Papers to note
8.1 The papers were noted.
8.2 The Committee agreed to write to S4C regarding the impact of the closure of the Young Audience Content Fund on children and young people.
